LEV Testing & Examination

Complete LEV is a team of LEV COSHH testing experts based in Yorkshire, providing testing and examination services for companies and organisations throughout the UK.

Protecting staff, students and anyone in an environment where the need to control substances hazardous to health (COSHH) is vital. Our P601 qualified engineers are at hand for all your extraction needs. Working to HSE HSG258 guidance and COSHH regulation 9 we ensure peace of mind in any teaching or working scenario where extraction is required to create a safe working environment.

LEV systems can begin to underperform through regular use, so it is an HSE requirement that they are regularly tested. Regular testing not only ensures that your company complies with the HSE but more importantly because it protects your workforce/students from potentially deadly exposure to substances over time. Environments that involve fumes, dust, gases and mists from welding, painting, spraying, cutting, sanding, mixing and any other potentially harmful substances require regular LEV testing. LEV testing is even required in areas you may not think, such as bakeries (flour dust) and kitchen canopies.

Common LEV testing sites are fabrication and engineering environments, vehicle repair shops, MOT testing centres (extracting exhaust fumes), joinery shops, bakeries, welding, printing workshops and kitchens. If there is a need for extraction, then there is a strong possibility that there is a need for LEV testing.

We also specialise in schools, colleges universities and pharmaceutical laboratories. In addition, we offer an out of hours service so that your students and staff do not get disturbed.
